Captain Theodore Mosher of the Twenty-second Infantry, wounded in the engagement (battle of Santiago, Cuba) was born in Maryland and enlisted as a Privagte in theTwenty-second Regiment. He was made a Sergeant in the Signal Corps on August 18, 1870. He was commissioned Second Lieutenant in his regiment April 19, 1877, and First Lieutenant on September 22, 1882. His commission as Captain dates from December 29, 1894, since which time he has commanded Company G.
