LYNNFORD SAMUEL WILSON, SR. Colonel, United States Army (Ret.) of Madison, Virginia, died on Wednesday, June 21, 2000, at Culpeper Memorial
Hospital, beloved husband of the late Grace Wilson; father of Lynnford Samuel Wilson, Jr., Ronald Craig Wilson and Dr. Deborah Jane Wilson; brother of Emily Wilson. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
A funeral procession will assemble at the funeral home beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, departing for Arlington National Cemetery at 2 p.m., where graveside services will be held at 3 p.m., with full military honors. A reception will follow at Ft. Myer Officer’s Club from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
