CAPTAIN LEON DESSEZ
WEST POINT, New York, September 12, 1933 – Captain Leon Dessez, Field Artillery, United States Army, aide-de-camp to Major General William D. Connor, Superintendent of the Military Academy here, died in the station hospital last evening after a brief illness. He was 38 years old.
Captain Dessez had been on duty here since April 27, 1932. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Leon E. Dessez of Washington. Burial will take place tomorrow afternoon in Arlington National Cemetery, Washington.
NOTE: He was a non-graduate of the the United States Military Academy Class of 1917.

Michael Robert Patterson was born in Arlington and is the son of a former officer of the US Army.
