Hanson Edward Weaver was born at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, on 29 August 1841. He was christened on 16 January 1842, at Saint James Evangelical Lutheran Church, Gettysburg, Adams County, Pennsylvania He died at Washington, D.C. on 3 August 1915. His wife, Mary W. K. Weaver, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on 4 January 1840 and she died on 14 September 1907, presumably in Washington, D.C.
During the 1880 United States Census, he was residing at Washington, D.C. and was employed as a United States Government Clerk. Residing with hin were: Mary W. K. Weaver, his wife, age 39, who was keeping house; Maggie Zell Weaver, his daughter, age 11, born in Pennsylvania and attending school; Clarence A. Weaver, his son, age 9, who was born in Washngton, D.C. and was living at home; and Alice H. Weaver, his daughter, age 4 who was born in Washington, D. C. and who was living at home.

Michael Robert Patterson was born in Arlington and is the son of a former officer of the US Army.
