George W. Amiss – Private, Confederate States of America Army

George W. Amiss was born July 1848 in Virginia.

He married Frances (Fannie) V. about 1894

He enlisted on April 10, 1862 in Company C, 10th Virginia Infantry and was wounded at least three times during the war. He died on August 14, 1913.
