Donald N. Pollock was born in Washington State on 7 June 1911. He served in World War II in the United States Army Air Corps. He was died on 19 November 1943 in Italy as a result of injuries when the aircraft on which he was flying crashed.
On November 18, 1943, Orgnacco Nelson assisted in the rescue of 95th Squadron pilot, 82nd Fighter Squadron, Second Lieuetnant Donald N. Pollock, when his P-38 crashed at the airfield in Lecce-Galatina, Italy. Pollock died the next day from his injuries. Orgnacco Nelson’s daughter, is seeking family members of, Donald N. Pollock.
