Donald H. Rumsfeld, Secretary of Defense will commemorate the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks with a wreath laying ceremony at Arlington Cemetery on Saturday, September 11 at 9:30 a.m. The ceremony will take place at the cemetery’s group memorial marker in memory of the 184 Pentagon and Flight 77 victims. The ceremony will include a moment of silence at 9:37 a.m. Registration is required by noon on September 10 for all reporters and photographers interested in covering the ceremony.
