MARINE A SUICIDE IN HAITI
WASHINGTON, April 1, 1931 – The Navy Department was informed today that Quartermaster Sergeant Earl Palmer Harrisof the Marine Corps shot and killed himself yesterday at Port au Prince, Haiti.
Harris was born in 1890 at Isla, Texas. His widow, Mrs. Bella Harris, is in Port au Prince.
