Francis Dring Rucker (9 October 1860-19 January 1893), First Lieutenant, United States Army, who served with the 2nd United States Cavalry). The son of Daniel Henry Rucker, Major General, United States Army, and the brother of John Anthony Rucker, First Lieutenant, United States Army.
