Chaplain Thomas K. Noble was born in 1832 and died in 1919. Both he and his wife, Esther F. Noble (1839-1923) are buried in Section 3 of Arlington National Cemetery. He served as the Chaplain of the 128th United States Colored Troops Regiment. He was ordained as a Minister on October 13, 1863.
