The father of General Malin Craig, he was born on March 17, 1851 and died on March 22, 1904.
He is buried among other family members in Section 30 of Arlington National Cemetery. His wife, Georgie Malin (October 4, 1855-November 3, 1923) is buried with him.

Michael Robert Patterson was born in Arlington and is the son of a former officer of the US Army.
