Theodore Anderson Baldwin, was born on 27 June 1900, and was the son of Theodore Anderson Baldwin, Jr., Colonel, United States Air Force, and the grandson of Theodore Anderson Baldwin, Brigadier General, United States Army, graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1925. After having spent a year in the Calvary, he was transferred to the Army Air Corps. During World War II he was called up from the Reserve Forces and served on the staff of General Henry H. Arnold, Commanding General of the United States Army Air Forces. Colonel Baldwin retired from the Air Force
reserves in 1960. He died at Kimbrough Hospital, Fort Meade, Maryland,
on 13 December 1966.
